Dirt Store: Keeping the UK’s Off-Road Store Up to Speed

Overview

Fastrak Creative built Dirt Store's Shopify website and remains its ongoing development partner, keeping the store fresh, fast and growing. Dirt Store is a UK online retailer of motocross and off-road kit, created by riders for riders and based in Heathfield, East Sussex. Since launching in late 2023 it has become one of the most recognisable names in UK off-road racing.

The Build

We built the store on Shopify, giving Dirt Store a reliable, scalable platform able to handle thousands of products from day one. The site was designed for riders: easy browsing by category and brand, a smooth checkout, and a look that reflects the energy of the sport.

Ongoing Development & Maintenance

Launch was only the start. We work alongside Dirt Store month in, month out, so the team can focus on riders, racing and partnerships while the website keeps pace.

• New products, added frequently — we upload new motocross products from a wide range of vendors and brands, so customers always find the latest kit.
• Latest collections and ranges — when new season kit drops, we get collections live quickly, ready for riders to shop.
• Site performance and care — we monitor and maintain the store so it runs smoothly, loads quickly and stays reliable during busy periods.
• Monthly blogs — we write and publish a blog each month on behalf of Dirt Store, covering news, products and team updates to keep the site fresh and support search visibility.
• New areas of the site — as the business grows, we plan, design and build new sections to serve new audiences and product ranges.

New: The ADV/Enduro Section

We recently added a dedicated ADV/Enduro section, giving enduro and adventure riders a home of their own within Dirt Store.

Rather than mixing enduro kit in with motocross ranges, we built it as a separate area of the site with its own specific navigation. Enduro riders can go straight to the products made for them, browsing a range tailored to longer rides, tougher terrain and adventure riding without wading through track-focused gear.

The new section helps Dirt Store reach a wider off-road audience while keeping the shopping experience clear for every type of rider.

Club Dirt Store

We created Club Dirt Store, a points-based loyalty scheme that rewards riders for coming back. 

1. Sign up — riders sign up to Club Dirt Store.
2. Earn — every purchase earns points.
3. Redeem — points convert into discounts on future orders.

To drive sales at the right moments, we run 5x points campaigns on key dates and at certain times of the year. These boosts give members a strong reason to shop, reward loyal customers and create timely spikes in activity across the store.
